Refund Policy

Credit packs

If you bought a credit pack in the last 14 days and have not used any of its credits, you get a full refund — no questions asked. If some credits were used we may refund the unused portion at our discretion. Try the free tier (3 invoices per upload, unlimited validation) before buying so you know the output fits your needs.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid month and no further payments are taken. If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and have converted no invoices in that time, we refund that first payment in full.

Something went wrong?

If the converter produced invalid output for well-formed input, or you were charged in error (double charge, renewal after cancellation), we refund — tell us and include your Paddle receipt.

How to request

Email support@einvoiceconverter.com with your Paddle order number, or use the "Need help?" link in your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are issued by Paddle (our merchant of record) to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
