BR-DE-16

VAT categories are in use but the seller declares no tax identifier of any kind.

ErrorXRechnungUBLCII

Why it happens

The seller's VAT number or Steuernummer was not carried into the invoice.

How to fix it

Supply BT-31 (VAT identifier, with country prefix) or BT-32 (national tax registration, e.g. a German Steuernummer) on the supplier party.

The official rule

Our English rendering: If VAT category codes S, Z, E, AE, K, G, L or M are used, at least one of Seller VAT identifier (BT-31), Seller tax registration identifier (BT-32) or Seller tax representative VAT identifier (BT-63) must be provided.
